'My Gold Star's a Metaphor for Me Being a Star'

My favorite show of the moment, hands down is Glee, even though the season ended I still watch the re-runs!

It's hilarious and the music is amazing, but what I love most is that it's about a group of kids that just want their dreams to come true.

[And what's not to love a show that honors the iconic Madonna and the brilliant Lady Gaga?]

If you're a 'Gleek' [cute fan name] like me and you watch the show, you know that Lea Michele, a.k.a Rachel Berry, is clearly the star. [Before she hit it big on Glee Lea Michele was already a Broadway sensation. So she clearly has chops!]

What I am loving about Lea Michele, besides her AMAZING voice, is her style. On-screen she is a dash of Cher from Clueless, a sprinkle of The OC's Taylor Townsend, a scoop of Gretchen Weiners from Mean Girls, and a pinch of Glee's own Emma Pillsbury [the OCD counselor] and you have Rachel Berry. Argyle, pearls, knee high socks, loafers, ballet flats, and cardigan's are what consist of Rachel's wardrobe and she's a little too preppy for my taste I still really like it!

Off-screen she works with stylist Estee Stanley [who's dressed everyone from Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen, Jessica Biel, and Penelope Cruz just to name a few.] and Lea's definitely caught my eye. She's not afriad of color, or bold lips, and she definitely prefers the sweet frilly dresses. She's also nailed her signature red carpet pose! She's a girl after my own heart, and maybe she'll be after yours too.
